Summary
Tweedmouth, just next to Berwick's Tweed docks, is a friendly, welcoming, bible-believing church. There is a good mix
of all ages and a mix of modern songs and traditional hymns. There is coffee after the morning service, a Sunday school, regular social events, homegroups, and a Modern Evening Service with a worship band. For more information, see Tweedmouth Parish Church
Spittal at 9am has a traditional Church of England feel to it, with the priests wearing vestments, and with hymns (accompanied with the organ where possible) usually coming from the Ancient and Modern hymn book. The monthly afternoon Creative Church service for families though is anything but traditional - and all children with their parents or carers are welcome. For more information, see Spittal Parish Church
Scremerston is a village church (3 miles south of Berwick), seeking to serve the local parish, and where newcomers and visitors are very welcome. We have Holy Communion on every Sunday, apart from the last in the month, which is our family service. For more information, see Scremerston Parish Church

Posted 16 May 2013 09:52 by revmatthewknox@yahoo.comThe songs we will be singing at our June Modern Evening Service are now on this website - see the tab under Tweedmouth Parish Church in the Navigation bar. We have a block of modern worship songs, led by our band, and a sermon which allows us to go deeper than we have time in the morning. All are welcome to this at 6pm. -

Creative Church 26 May
Posted 16 May 2013 09:29 by revmatthewknox@yahoo.comOur next Creative Church on Sunday 26th May at 3pm has the exciting theme of bible mountains. The fun crafts that fit into this theme are: Painting a mountain (for which we have aprons!), making lilies, carving bars of soap, making mouthwatering mountains to eat, decorating prayer pots and making a mountain footprints collage. We'll then continue the theme with our short service of all-age worship and the food we provide. All children with their parents/carers are welcome. For more info, see Creative Church tab (under Spittal Parish Church) in the Navigation bar to the left. -
